IN ORDER FOR INFLATABLES TO FULLY INFLATE AND WORK PROPERLY: (1) Blowers must be running at all times, (2) All vent tubes that are not connected to a blower must be fully closed, (3) Zippers and Velcro on side access flaps must be closed, and (4) Inflatable SLIDES also have Velcro drain flaps underneath bottom of the slide that must be closed. Small holes or tears in vinyl under 2 in size will not affect functionality of inflatable, but should be brought to our attention upon return to store.
If inflatable fails to fully inflate after following these steps, customer should contact store immediately, and TAKE VIDEO of the issues encountered.
