AHR IS EXCITED TO INTRODUCE THE MOST RECENT ADDITION TO OUR FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19, THE AIR PURIFICATION FAN.
AHR's 30" Air Purification/Disinfection Pedestal Fans with Ion Technology do much more than just cool the air, they:
-reduce airborne particles (i.e. dust, pet dander, pollen),
-kill pathogens such as viruses, mold spores and bacteria - including SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19), and
-neutralize odors and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) such as chemical and pet odors by breaking them down into harmless compounds.
Not only do these fans help disinfect an area, they can also provide integral assistance in disaster remediation efforts by creating powerful drying airflow that also kills mold spores at the same time thereby limiting mold growth, and helping to control noxious odors.

AHR's Air Purification Fans use Ion Technology proven to kill 99.99% of SARS-CoV-2 (causes COVID-19) and other airborne pathogens.
In independent testing for SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19) the use of the bi-polar ionization technology used in our ion fans showed a 85% infection risk reduction for an auto manufacturer's workspace, which meant occupants were more than 6.5 times less likely to become infected in a space using the air purification ion fans than with standard HVAC systems alone.
ION DISINFECTION TECHNOLOGY
Ions are electrically charged particles that are proven to attack and eliminate pathogens. Our fans armed with our bipolar ionization units can create millions of ions per minute and distribute them rapidly through powerful airflow. This provides cleaner, safer air and surfaces all without producing any harmful ozone.
With the Ion Technology our equipment uses:

How Bipolar Ionization Works to Clean the Air of Pollutants:
Much like sunlight does in the atmosphere, Plasma Air technology produces a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to restabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing particulate matter, bacteria and virus cells, odorous gases and aerosols, and VOCs.
